Discovery | Fluorescence Add-On (LED, 488nm)
This is an extension to the coreBOX that adds fluorescence imaging using an 480nm LED as an excitation source, a dichroic filter and an emission filter to image e.g. GFP Samples. In combination with the infinity kit, one can create a real fluorescence microscope.
Included components:
- Beamsplitter (Excitation Filter, Emission Filter, Dichroic Filter)
- 25mm lens for collimtating the beam (Condenser)
- High power LED Mounted inside a cube (488nm)
- additional Driver for LED for USB-C usage
- 8 Puzzle Pieces
