Das ist eine Erweiterung für die coreBOX, die Fluoreszenzbildgebung mithilfe einer 480-nm-LED als Anregungsquelle, eines dichroitischen Filters und eines Emissionsfilters ermöglicht, um beispielsweise GFP-Proben abzubilden. In Kombination mit dem Infinity-Kit lässt sich so ein echtes Fluoreszenzmikroskop aufbauen.
Im Lieferumfang enthaltene Komponenten:
- Strahlteiler (Anregungsfilter, Emissionsfilter, dichroitischer Filter)
- 25-mm-Linse zur Kollimation des Strahls (Kondensor)
- Hochleistungs-LED, in einem Würfel montiert (488 nm)
- Zusätzlicher Treiber für die LED zum Anschluss an USB-C
- 8 Puzzleteile
